Friday night I began to work on the background and have been tossing around different ideas all day regarding content layout and what not. For a while I couldnt come up with anything and then I got the bright idea to use the Mystery Machine from scooby doo as a template for my web page. The top half of the car could be the header and the bottom half would be the footer. Then I thought that might be kinda lame, so I scraped the idea in favor of my new design(more on this later).
The nice thing is that I’ve been designing my page to be XHTML/CSS 1.0 compliant. This means if I ever want to change the layout of my page all I have to do is create a new style sheet instead of rewriting all the html code. This is much easier than I thought it would be. Hope fully I’ll get the new site up by tomorrow night.
